OPPORTUNITY
UTS Systems, LLC is currently seeking applicants for the HR Administrative Assistant position at our Fairfield, VA headquarters reporting to the Human Resource Manager. The Company maintains four facilities: one in Fairfield, VA, one in Waynesboro, VA, one in Fort Walton Beach, FL, and one in Massillon, Ohio.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting a variety of business administration activities, with a primary focus on human resources and employee benefits management. This is a hands-on position responsible for assisting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee relations. Additionally, the role supports payroll processes, workforce planning, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager across a wide range of HR functions.
Communicate and reinforce company policies and procedures to employees.
Organize, maintain, and update personnel files and HR databases.
Actively support the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee evaluation processes.
Coordinate with external staffing agencies to fulfill production staffing needs.
Develop employee training materials, coordinate training sessions, and maintain training records.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources, employee benefits, or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
