Role encompasses all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training. It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.

They should also be able to manage the plant's facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are well-maintained and in compliance with all applicable regulations

Recruitment and Talent Management: The HR and Admin Manager will need to be adept at sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent for the plant. They should have a thorough understanding of the plant's organizational structure and be able to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the plant's goals.

Compliance: The HR and Admin Manager should have a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations and be able to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. They should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures that minimize risk and ensure compliance.
