Role & responsibilitiesThe Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible to maintain cleaning, hygiene and sanitation standards of the hospital within productivity limits in a shift by ensuring that the policies, systems, procedures are well understood and implemented by the team. Responsibilities and Key Tasks Conduct briefing and allot duties at the beginning of the shift. Lead, train and motivate the team in a shift. Inspect rooms allotted and Public area to ensure standards are maintained. Organize and direct various sub-activities of the department. Ensure that policies, systems, procedures and standards are followed and recommend changes, if any. Ensure safety and hygiene of the housekeeping staff. Recommend staff rotations and organize extra hands when required. Maintain discipline and train staff. Ensure proper coordination with all the departments, especially Engineering, Laundry, Food and Beverage, HCA and Front Office. Supervise the periodic schedule of Pest Control, Night Cleaning Schedules, and Floor Polishing Schedules. Ensure proper record keeping. Contact Details:Bushra
