Legal Counsel- Middle East

We’re hiring a Legal Counsel with expertise in corporate and commercial law, ideally within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors. Middle East experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, JV agreements, and guarantees.
• Advise on legal, compliance, and risk management matters.
• Support business teams on contract structuring and governance.

Requirements:
• LLB Degree.
• 4-6 years in commercial and contract law.
• Strong negotiation, risk assessment, and communication skills.
