Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and hospitality environments, ensuring guest satisfaction and a safe, welcoming environment. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Prior hotel, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established protocols
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a pristine environment
Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Follow safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently within scheduled timeframes
Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents or contamination
Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality settings preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, industrial cleaning techniques, and safety procedures is a plus
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; reliability is essential for maintaining consistent service standards
Pay: $17.25-$18.25 per hour
