Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Faculty, located in GOA. The Housekeeping Faculty will be responsible for teaching and training students in the field of housekeeping, including developing curriculum, conducting lectures, and providing hands-on training. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, preparing lesson plans, and evaluating student performance. The faculty will ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
Requirements Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 05 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred. Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality. Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling. Salary as per the Industry standards and knowledge
Qualifications Teaching experience in Hospitality Management Expertise in Rooms Division Management Knowledge of Hotel Operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and guide students effectively Relevant certifications in Hospitality Management Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience & Skills - Previous experience in respective departments or related fields - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence. - Teaching or training experience preferred.
