Job Responsibilities: (Hotel Experience , Hotel Sales , Room Sales )

Corporate Sales Development: Drive corporate sales by identifying and targeting potential business clients, including companies, organizations, and travel agencies.
Room Sales & Revenue Growth: Strategically manage room sales to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
OTA Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to ensure optimal visibility and competitive pricing.
MICE Coordination: Oversee Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) sales, working closely with clients to deliver seamless event experiences.
Hotel Contracting: Negotiate and manage contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and rates that align with the hotel's revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat business.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth in the hospitality sector.
Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as front office, housekeeping, banquet staff, and IT to ensure smooth operations for corporate bookings and events.
Reporting & Metrics: Track sales performance metrics using CRM tools to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
