Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Lead and motivate hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed performance targets.
Collaborate with corporate support teams to drive business growth and ensure seamless operations.
Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to optimize hotel performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
Familiarity with hotel operating systems and software, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
