Role Description
This is a full-time Hotel Manager role at SWANOTEL in Hyderabad. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the hotel including the management of guest services, staff, husekeeping, kitchen, and security staff. They will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve the hotel's performance and maximize profitability. He will report tot he GM of the group.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hotel management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage independent properties
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in staff management and employee relations
Experience working with hotels and managing teams of over 10-30 employees is preferred. Knowledge of hotel management software and technology is also a plus.
