About the Role
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring effective running of hotel operations, quality, guest, and colleague standards, along with departmental revenue and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a dynamic team to deliver results and achieve set goals
Oversee seamless hotel operations, maintaining high standards of quality and service
Act as 2IC to the General Manager and lead the hotel in their absence
Requirements
A seasoned professional with a proven track record in hotel operations
An excellent communicator and problem-solver
A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail
