Hotel General Manager (£70k) or Management Couple (£130k combined), 5 Hotel, Remote location near Oban, Scotland
Recruiting for either a Hotel General Manager or a Management Couple to oversee the running of this truly stunning hotel with 16 bedrooms as well as self-contained accommodation with incredible views over the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring Loch. Set in 350 acres of private land, the hotel houses a luxury spa, leisure facilities and a golf course. There is a Michelin star fine dining restaurant as well as a bistro.
As the Hotel General Manager, you will be
• Fully accountable for the running of the hotel and property including the restaurant
• Overall management of 60 staff
• Liaising with the Exec Chef for functions and weddings
• Responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring guests satisfaction is more than exceeded
• Working with the Management Company to drive the business forward
• Hands on in all areas – this is not an office based role

Hotel Management Couple salary up to £130k combined
As an ideal candidate, you will be
– A Hotel General Manager or a Management Couple with a 5 hotel background
– Experienced with working in a small luxury hotel environment
– Able to lead, manage and motivate a large team
– Financially astute
– Customer focused with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
– Hands on and prepared to roll up your sleeves
– Able to work under pressure and resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
– Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
