Duties
Support servers by running food, delivering beverages, and assisting with guest requests to enhance the dining experience.
Help keep the restaurant clean and organized by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a tidy service area.
Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or food items following safe lifting practices.
Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed during food service and preparation activities.
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and ingredient handling when needed.
Maintain excellent communication with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key!
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely.
Customer service skills that create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests.
Flexibility to work in fast-paced settings.
