Hotel General Manager - Salisbury
This charming and well presented 4 star lifestyle hotel is now looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel General Manager to take the helm and lead a passionate and service driven team in delivering a great product.
Presently undergoing a refurbishment with the possibility of joining a brand in the new year, this property is looking for a Hotel General Manager with the following skills and experience
knowledge of the boutique 4 star Hotel Market in the UK - (35-65 bedrooms)
experience in spa hotels
A hands on driven and commercial manager able to lead by example, drive sales and increase/capture the market share in a competitive market
Passion for service and the Guest experience
excellent people leadership skills
able to commute to or relocate to Salisbury (this is a live out position)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hotel General Manager now looking for a lovely project
