We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Ibis Styles Liverpool. As a key member of our breakfast operations, you will be responsible for supervising food preparation, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency at all times.
• Ensure food is prepared following recipes, food hygiene, and allergen control protocols.
• Effectively communicate with the breakfast team to facilitate smooth service.
• Conduct food safety checks and maintain documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Assist with stock control and communicate ingredient needs for replenishment.
• Adhere to food hygiene regulations and enforce procedures to meet food regulation standards and HACCP guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with the company's operating standards in all activities.
• Maintain cleanliness according to legal, health, and safety requirements.
