Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with friendly, professional service
Assist with guest luggage, deliveries, and special requests
Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
Coordinate shuttle/taxi arrangements and assist with guest arrivals/departures
Support VIP arrivals and notify the Front Desk
Keep the lobby and bell carts clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Previous guest service or hospitality experience
Team player with strong follow-through and multitasking ability
Polished communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
