HOTEL CONCIERGE
Job Description
As a Hotel Concierge, you are responsible for the management of the Pack. You will be the face of Black Collar Society, greeting clients, introducing dogs, providing clients with feedback, practice skill reinforcement and document each dog’s progress. Each day will require excellent time management, awareness, and use of multitasking. You are comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes, and willing to develop your handling skills and proficiency at canine communication, signals and play styles. You will be responsible for ensuring safety of all dogs, so quick reflexes and a keen eye are important too. You will document each dog’s progress to ensure clients are receiving an accurate reflection of how their dog interacts and progresses through his/her experience. Your overall role is to provide exceptional support to our customers while their dog is at the hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Enjoys being outdoors during all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 80lbs.
• Ability to multitask.
• Meet clients to address concerns.
• Provide daily progress updates for each dog through email correspondence.
• Ensure all progress/daily updates are tracked and recorded.
• Ensure all required materials are noted and communicated for stocking and restocked as required.
• Willing to provide a clean security/background check.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall care for the hotel.
• Knowledge of prices, from retail to services.
• Ability to use computer system and take payments from clients.
