We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage and supervise the operations of a girls’ hostel in Alwar. The warden will ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of the residents while maintaining smooth hostel administration.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all hostel operations and facilities.
Ensure safety and security of all students residing in the hostel.
Enforce hostel rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
Address student concerns and provide guidance and counseling as needed.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for upkeep and repairs of hostel facilities.
Maintain accurate records and reports of student attendance and incidents.
Serve as a liaison between the students and institutional administration.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Humanities or relevant field.
Previous experience in residential life management or as a warden is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline effectively.
Understanding of safety and crisis management protocols.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse student body.
