Experience - 1-2 years as a Hotel Incharge/Hostel Warden

Location - Ranchi, Jharkhand

Compensation upto 3.6lpa

Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the student hostel. The Warden will ensure a safe, disciplined, and comfortable living environment for students, while maintaining order and promoting a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, security, and safety.
• Manage student check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations, promoting discipline and respect.
• Address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure students’ wellbeing, offering support for health and personal issues.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student welfare when required.
• Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address any issues promptly.
