Job Requirements

We are looking for a Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at SIMS Hospital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to patients, including dispensing medications, providing advice on drug interactions, dosage, and side effects. The Pharmacist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all medications dispensed and ensuring that all medications are stored and handled in accordance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and at least two years of experience in a hospital setting. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their effects.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications to patients as prescribed by doctors

• Provide advice on drug interactions, dosage, and side effects

• Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed

• Ensure that all medications are stored and handled in accordance with safety regulations

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to doctors

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
