Job duties:
Assisting Head Housekeeper in Supervising Staff
Flat checks
Check-in and Check out...etc
Follow a cleaning schedule to ensure the highest standards are kept
Ensure that all materials and equipment are maintained and used correctly
Make sure policies and procedures are kept and adhered to
Managing a small team
To ensure that Staff are carrying out their duties and responsibilities in a professional and dedicated manner.
To submit orders for inventory stock to the Head of Housekeeping
To file a daily Housekeeping report and update Head of Housekeeping all matters. Must have:
Previous Housekeeping experience
Ability to work under time pressure
Be able to manage a small team of housekeeping assistants
Confident, Professional and Approachable
An eye for detail
