What You'll Do
• Lead and develop your team: Supervise Horticultural Technicians and Installers, providing ongoing coaching and facilitating career growth.
• Ensure exceptional service: Conduct regular service audits, collaborate with team members, and promptly address customer concerns.
• Enhance client relationships: Collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction, resolve issues effectively, and meet service objectives.
• Drive team performance: Monitor productivity, manage labor margins, and prioritize safety and accountability.

What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of hands-on horticultural experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Exceptional training and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Capacity to complete required background and drug screenings for client access.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Willingness to work in diverse environments including warehouses, offices, commercial spaces, and outdoor settings.
