Are you a people person who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for customers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, Priority Honda Hampton is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team!
As the face of our dealership, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting multiple departments and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist customers with general inquiries and dealership information
Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to ensure a positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer proficiency
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
