Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of lenders in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding sales and service results in the home lending environment. The Mortgage Lending Team Lead will be responsible for cultivating a successful sales and service performance culture, ensuring high technical lending skills and knowledge, and effectively managing sales, service, operational, and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide factual advice on lending products, services, and issues.
Manage resources to optimise business outcomes and meet agreed targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Actively engage in business development activities to build quality external leads and promote the Bank through community contributions.
About You
We are looking for individuals with demonstrated experience in the home lending environment, leadership, coaching, and people management skills, preferably in sales and/or lending environments. Proven success in achieving business sales & service results, advanced knowledge of CBA home loan processes and systems, and exceptional planning and time management skills are required.
