Home Inspector / Leasing Support Officer

Enopac Property Group Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Inspector / Leasing Support Officer to assist our property management team with home opens, routine inspections, and leasing support activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in real estate, has strong attention to detail, and can manage time effectively across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct home opens for prospective tenants

Carry out routine and lease inspections

Take clear and accurate property condition photos

Prepare and submit inspection reports in a timely manner

Assist the leasing team with general inspection-related tasks

Ensure properties are presented professionally during inspections

Communicate any maintenance or property concerns identified during visits

Interview and provide feedback to Head Office on prospective tenant's suitability

About You:

Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence required

Entry level experience in real estate, property management, or inspections preferred (not essential)

Strong attention to detail and observational skills

Well-organised with good time management

Confident communicator with a professional manner

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Tenure:

Casual/contract role - hourly rate (open for negotiation based on experience) + fuel allowance

Location:

Looking for an inspector to cover a portfolio across Alkimos, Eglinton, Clarkson, Brabham
