Home Improvement Representative
Location: Greater Calgary Area
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Earning Potential (Full-Time): $75,000–$85,000/year
Compensation: Weekly base pay + performance bonuses + company-wide profit share
Schedule: Flexible (no weekends)
Vehicle Required: Yes (personal vehicle)

The Role
As a Home Improvement Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners across Calgary to assess their needs and recommend personalized solutions. This is a face-to-face role (not remote). You’ll receive paid training, a weekly base income, and the ability to earn bonuses and profit share based on performance.
Responsibilities
Complete in-home assessments with homeowners
Explain common home wellness concerns in a clear, helpful way
Present customized solutions and product recommendations
Provide estimates and assist with ordering and coordination
Follow up with clients to ensure a great customer experience
Represent IH2O professionally and positively
What We Offer

Requirements
Must live in or near Calgary, Alberta Canada
Legally eligible to work in Canada
