In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support via chat and email. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their issues are resolved.
•
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
•
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
•
Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies to provide the best support.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
•
Ability to adapt to new software tools and customer service platforms.
•
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
•
Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
•
Prior experience in customer service, chat/email support, or call center roles is preferred.
