HNW Mortgage Broker / Specialist Finance

Key Responsibilities

Originate, structure, and manage high-value mortgage transactions for HNW/UHNW individuals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, private banks, family offices, and lenders.
Work closely with legal, tax, and wealth advisors to deliver holistic finance solutions.
Stay ahead of market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory changes affecting the HNW/UHNW space.
Represent Empire Global Finance with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Requirements

Proven experience working with HNW/UHNW clientele in mortgage or private banking.
Deep understanding of complex income structures, international assets, and bespoke lending requirements.
Established network of lender relationships across private banks, challenger banks, and specialist lenders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of integrity and discretion.
CeMAP or equivalent qualification preferred.
