Job Description
Increase the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size by focusing on both deepening relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients.
• Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue growth by cross-selling business banking and wealth management products, including Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets, etc.
• Client Acquisition:
Acquire high-potential business and individual clients, including both resident and NRI clients, to expand the client base.
• Sourcing Quality Clients:
Ensure high-quality sourcing by targeting and acquiring clients with strong potential for long-term relationship building.
• Product Penetration & Cross-Selling:
Increase product penetration and reduce exit barriers by cross-selling multiple products to each client.
• Portfolio Reviews & Financial Check-ups:
Conduct regular portfolio allocations, reviews, and financial check-ups for clients as per defined schedules to ensure their financial goals are on track.
• Collaboration with Product Specialists:
Work closely with product specialists to offer tailored wealth management and business banking solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.
• Client Service Excellence:
Partner with Client Experience Managers to deliver superior and seamless service, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Compliance & Process Adherence:
Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance processes and regulatory guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Documentation Quality:
Minimize rejection rates by improving the quality of documentation submitted by clients.
• 360° Client Engagement:
Ensure holistic client engagement, taking complete ownership of client relationships through a "Total Client Ownership"
