- Standards Enforcement: Ensure that the facility’s cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met and exceeded.

- Addressing Complaints: Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping issues promptly and professionally.
- Special Requests: Accommodate special requests or needs from guests related to their rooms or public areas.
- Inventory and Supplies Management:
- Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Ordering: Place orders for supplies as needed and ensure efficient use of resources to stay within budget.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all cleaning practices comply with health and safety regulations, including the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Emergency Procedures: Train staff on emergency procedures related to fire safety, chemical spills, and other potential hazards.
- Administrative Duties:
- Reporting: Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and maintenance issues.

Skills and Qualifications
