About Us:
Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross is a renowned 4-star hotel, celebrated for exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors to join our vibrant team.
Role Overview:
As part of our Housekeeping team, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. The role involves flexible shift patterns between 8 AM and 5 PM, with some evening duties. You’ll work any day from Monday to Sunday, and we aim to accommodate your availability where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
• Upholding the hotel's high standards of service and hospitality.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek passionate individuals with:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and perform manual tasks.
• Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
• Experience in hospitality or a similar role is highly desirable.
