Roles and Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager (Wealth), you will be responsible for managing the banking and investments relationship and driving overall growth of Liabilities Investment business from branch/retail customers.
You will develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing exceptional service levels that exceed client expectations. This includes identifying current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and growing business volumes for a larger share of the customer wallet.
Key responsibilities include:
• Generating incremental business through sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments.
• Proactively selling the full range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential relationships.
• Increasing CASA balance in allocated portfolio either through deepening or acquisition.
• Driving higher product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and increase customer relationship value with the bank.
Customer Engagement:
Ensure portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining desired relationship values. You will be the face-to-client and first person responsible for service and sales satisfaction of mapped clients.
Investments:
Analyze financial needs of customers and offer appropriate products with utmost transparency. Drive revenue business to generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance.
Audit Compliance:
Adhere to the bank's policy on acquisition/BSA/KYC, as well as compliance requirements of regulatory authorities (RBI/SEBI/AMFI/IRDA, etc).
