Hiring Technology Lead Regulatory

We are looking to hire AVP / DVP level for Technology lead - Regulatory Reporting role with a leading domestic bank in Mumbai.

This is an individual contributor role.

Job Purpose

• Understand requirements from RBI, Compliance officers, Operations users, write down formats, mappings, logics and transformations, write down qualitative and quantitative health check requirements, write down review process and exception handling criteria

• Use analytical tools like tableau/powerbi to prepare reports in very short time

• Work under pressure with strict timelines

• Should be able to design once and use multiple times

• Work with various teams of the bank in order to deliver regulatory and internal data needs of the bank

• Prepare and Maintain dictionary of submission and data that can be used as ready reckoner for future data servicing

• Identify, analyze and automate repetitive data needs

• should understand products across Asset, liability, ,Treasury, Payment products and its reporting aspects.

Key skills required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

More than 5 years of experience in Banking domain and in regulatory reporting/ compliance risk/ compliance / IT for Compliance/IT for reg reporting

Ability to quickly understand complex processes and challenge the status quo, identify gaps and compliance risks, inadequacy in control and procedure

Strong knowledge of or SME knowledge in Banking Products

Resilience and are not fazed by challenging situations and conversations

Good understanding of Bank’s data organization and ability to quickly find data source, organize fields required for reporting, slice and dice data using analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableau
