Job Description
One of our prime property broker is urgently looking to hire Real Estate Agent in Indore, as an agent required to manage property deals in entire Madhya Pradesh state meantime refer below details of day to day activity and apply criteria.
Job title : Real Estate Agent – Property Dealer
Work location: Indore Madhya Pradesh
Department: Sales, Business Development, Marketing Job
Job Timings : +:30 am – 6:30pm Monday to Saturday
Role and Responsibility of Real Estate Agent :
• Providing Guidance & assisting to Indore customer to understand the property details and plans.
• Help the customers to select the property / purchase the property with right prices & best terms.
• Also advise them on the suitability and value of property in Indore Madhya Pradesh.
• Able to perform daily project supervision by performing sales lead follow ups & recovery with customers, maintaining proper documentation and booking record verification
• Seeking out new customers from Indore, MP and sales opportunities for driving revenue.
• Build long term relationships with key contacts at target a fresh customers in Indore.
• Apply learnings and experiences to streamline sales processes.
• Initiate promotional events for the company on festival seasons.
• Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth towards a company.
What you have to Join us ?
• Must have done gravitation in any fields or MBA in Marketing to apply jobs nearby Indore
• Business Development, Sales or Marketing Experience : 1- 5 years (Any sector – Banking, FMCG, Pharma, Hospitality, Property )
• Native or local from Indore Madhya Pradesh to manage customers
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources
• Keen sense of using the internet and telephone as a medium to connect with customers
• Can Write, Read and Communicate in Hindi language with local customers of Indore.
• Problem solving skills, Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
