Role & responsibilities
• Review the technical requirements and provide inputs at post-order stage of order processing.
• Resolve technical queries related to product design and customer requirements.
• Review and evaluate associated risk with product requirements at design input.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of departmental procedural requirements.
• Determine competence requirements for subordinates. Carry out periodic competence assessment of subordinates and initiate necessary actions to develop necessary competence.
• Impart technical awareness to subordinates.
• Responsible to mentor team and ensure maximum productivity can be achieved among all team members.
• Carry out design final review and verification as applicable.
• Ensure control over relevant documents and records as applicable including documents of external origin.
• Ensure implementation of corrections / corrective actions / preventive actions as applicable
• Visit customer sites whenever required
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred candidate from Composites Industry or worked with Engineering unit or Industrial Product. Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry
