We are looking for a
Manager, Time & Attendance
to own the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Time & Attendance, this is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal impact in the global employment space in our growing Lifecycle Operations team.

Qualifications
• Hands-on people management experience with a strong coaching mindset, specifically leading distributed, international teams.
• Proven track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance matters, associated wage/hour laws, complex policy exceptions, and disciplinary processes in various jurisdictions.
• Deep knowledge of complex T&A case resolution, wage/hour compliance, and managing policy discrepancies under labor law in APAC countries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
• Passionate about accomplishing goals, comfortable working in a service level environment (SLAs/KPIs), with an emphasis on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Tech-savvy with experience working with a variety of digital tools, focusing on process optimization and automation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information
