Independently conduct various types of audits, including audit/Branch Audit, as assigned from time to time within the target timeline. Extensive travelling is required for Branch Audit profile.

Facilitate and conduct investigations offsite/onsite related to frauds and serious complaints.

Provide feedback to stakeholders to plug control and process gaps.

Follow up with audited units for rectifications, conformities, and actionable items in a timely manner.

Maintain cordial interpersonal relationships with cross-functional departments and communicate effectively with them in a structured manner to enhance overall functioning efficiency.
