Role responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
Analyzing requirements, Sourcing, and Aligning of best-fit candidates.
Responsible for Background verification process, documentation tracking.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Maintain HR record and ensure compliance with HR policies.
What we're looking for:
MBA in HR (required)
1-2 years of experience (preferred)
Strong coordination and communication skills.
