Associate/Manager - Product Management (Unsecured Business Loans)
About Our Client
Our client is an innovative financial services company focused on transforming credit access for India’s next wave of entrepreneurs. With a strong emphasis on technology, customer-centricity, and digital-first product development, they aim to simplify and scale unsecured business lending through intelligent, AI-driven solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate/Manager in Product Innovation & Capability to lead the digital product charter for Unsecured Business Loans (UBL). This role will take ownership of the product roadmap, manage Salesforce (SFDC) platform capabilities, and deliver AI-led and user-friendly product enhancements. The ideal candidate will drive journey digitization, improve funnel conversions, reduce TAT, and enable smarter underwriting through innovation and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage the product roadmap for unsecured business loans across all lifecycle stages.
• Partner with engineering, IT, compliance, credit, sales, and operations to streamline workflows and deliver seamless digital journeys.
• Lead UAT, manage product development from ideation through launch, and ensure successful adoption.
• Drive UI/UX improvements and end-to-end journey digitization to reduce manual intervention and improve STP rates.
• Leverage data and automation to continuously experiment and improve conversion metrics and process efficiency.
• Explore whitespace opportunities to develop AI-led, customer-focused solutions that align with business goals.
Skills and Experience Required
• 4 to 7 years of product management experience in lending, preferably focused on unsecured loan products.
• Strong working knowledge of the end-to-end unsecured lending lifecycle and credit decisioning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Demonstrated passion for technology, process automation, and customer-first product development.
Tools and Technologies
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or equivalent CRM platforms
• Familiarity with AI decisioning tools, agile development methodology, and UX/UI principles
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA preferred
