Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose GIB Solution Sales AH is expected to be a Digital Solutioning Product expert whose primary objective is to provide digital payment collection solutions to existing and NTB customers and thereby offer improved efficiency, cost effectiveness, convenience ease of operation to the customers which is expected to be resultant in enhanced CASA Value / float. He / she is expected to build strong partnership synergy with the GIB channel for effective functioning and delivery by being the: First point of contact for any Digital Solution requirements from GIB Channel RBB Facilitate documentation, end to end Implementation and customer Onboarding Own manage the after sales servicing, Xsell / Upsell on segment specific products and services Responsible for replicating the success stories across segments in other branches mapped to him Participate in joint Scoping of Institutional segments, Government (State/Center) schemes, e-governance projects to priorities acquiring / re activating New Existing Customer for branches mapped to him
