End-to-end recruitment for Clinical & Non-Clinical positions
• Manpower planning and stakeholder management
• Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants
• Screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Recruitment MIS and hiring analytics
Preferred candidate profile
• 5 to 10 years of healthcare recruitment experience
• Experience hiring doctors, nurses, allied health, and support staff
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners preferred .
