Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:
Develop and drive business strategies to optimize business results for the CEO and EXCO members. Partner with product and coverage heads to enable revenue and balance sheet growth and improve returns Execute and implement strategy plans, financials, and business controls for the Local and Regional Management of the Bank Plan, budget, forecast and review the budgets and forecasts formulated periodically. Have set up the process for Revenue & Cost Budgets and Analysis Analyze revenues, costs and budgets of different businesses, regions and products of the bank and prepare various statements for senior management consumption Monitor business plans and prepare trend analysis, MIS and performance dashboards and reporting metrics Conduct business management and controls, investment analysis & risk analysis (reputational/ financial/ operational) Act as Governance SPOC and manage the India Governance activities Lead and managed the branch expansion projects for India branch expansion and coordinate with local and HO team to track the project progress Conduct local EXCO and senior management meetings and produce relevant minutes and statutory reports Develop finance and business presentation and related supporting materials for the CEO
