About the Role:

Altruist Technologies is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. If you have at least one year of experience, strong communication skills in English and any one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam), and a passion for helping customers, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and queries

Deliver timely and accurate solutions

Communicate professionally and empathetically

Log and follow up on customer interactions

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in BPO or customer support

Fluent in English + one regional language (Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam)

Good listening skills and team spirit

Shift Details:

Male: Rotational shifts

Female: General day shift after training

Training: 15 days (rotational shifts)
