WE’RE HIRING High-Ticket Sales Closer (Target Driven)
The Connection by Davillas is looking for a highly ambitious and performance-driven Sales Closer to sell premium social experiences, retreats, and curated networking events.
If you’re confident on calls, love closing deals, and thrive in a target-based environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with prospects
• Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process
• Follow up consistently until closure
• Maintain CRM and sales records
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in high-ticket sales, travel sales, luxury experiences, coaching, or events
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, and video sales
Compensation
• Fixed + Attractive Performance Incentives OR Pure Commission Model (for experienced closers)
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
