Renert School in Royal Oak is one of Calgary’s leading private schools and Alberta’s top academic high school (based on 2023–24 diploma exam results). We’re known for our forward-thinking approach to education and our commitment to helping students pursue their interests and passions.

In high school, we offer Biology 20, Biology 30, and AP Biology, along with advanced research opportunities in our on-campus Synthetic Biology (iGEM) lab—one of the only high school programs of its kind in Canada.

We are currently looking for a sessional High School Biology teacher to teach Biology 20.
This is a part-time, contract position with one section running September–January and another February–June. Classes meet three times per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 1.5 hours each).

There may be opportunities to expand your role depending on your qualifications and interests.
