- Against the Company Litigations: Handling of Consumer Commission Complaints /Civil Suit/ Appeals/Revision, High Court, Supreme Court etc.
- Strong drafting and vetting skills.
- Drafting Reply to (i) RBI/Ombudsman Complaints, (ii) Statutory Notices (for ex.- Sec. 94, 179 BNSS) (iii) Legal Notices (iv) Customer Service escalations etc. post seeking internal clarification from all the stakeholders,
- Procurement of documents from other departments, maintaining Legal Tracker for all in-hand tasks, liaising with external counsels/law firms and other authorities.
- Representing the Company in high stake cases before Distt. Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court, or before Regulatory /Statutory Authority,
- Initiating steps for Out of Court settlement
- Management of Criminal cases- Registration of Police Complaints and FIRs in P.S. /EOW/CBI as the case may be, arrange for filing of Applications u/s 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023 before Trial Courts for registration of FIRs and expediting investigation, pursuing Police Complaints and FIRs in Police Stations, defending Police Complaints filed against the company or directors, quashing of FIRs through High Court u/s 528 of BNSS.
- Assisting in handling of all kind of Retail Escalations {Employee ('Collections Executive'/'Sales Executive') Fraud cases}, arrange for filing of Complaint/FIR and recovery therefrom.
- Assisting in handling of Against FIR/Complaint lodged against Senior Officials of the Company,
- Filing of FIR -by lodging Direct Complaint/ by filing Application u/s 175(3) BNSS against the Borrowers in the reported Fraud /Collection referred cases for recovery of dues,
- Assisting in handling of HR escalations (by drafting an apt Notices, Replies, Rejoinders etc.), cross checking of negative BGV litigation checks, issuance of Legal Notices to the concerned Employee and giving appropriate legal advice to the HR and other stakeholders,
- Coordinating with briefing Counsels to get legal inputs and to provide support in safeguarding the interest of the Company.
