Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical expertise, including consultation and emergency medical care, to ensure the health and well-being of clients and staff. Additional responsibilities include conducting healthcare training sessions, ensuring preparedness for medical emergencies, and providing clear communication about best practices in medical and healthcare scenarios. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be expected to support training and awareness programs.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and skills in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) procedures and general Medicine
• Effective Communication and training capabilities for sharing healthcare information
• Understanding of Healthcare protocols and practices
• Ability to provide emergency care and first-response treatment
• Relevant healthcare certifications or qualifications, such as EMT certification or a medical or nursing degree
• Proven experience in healthcare services or similar roles is a plus
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
