Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns to appropriate personnel
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and daily documentation while communicating relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
