The Healthcare Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of sleep clinics and respiratory care services, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, regulatory compliance, staff management, and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic and healthcare operations.
Supervise healthcare and administrative staff.
Monitor patient service quality and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Coordinate patient scheduling and treatment workflows.
Manage operational budgets and resource allocation.
Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
Implement process improvement initiatives.
Support the rollout of new healthcare technologies and services.
Maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare partners.
Pay: From $9,000.00 per month
