Job Description
This role is for an Operations Executive who will manage healthcare services (OPD visits, health checkups) for VIP clients and corporate employees in Mumbai. *on ground*
What youll do:
Book OPD appointments and health checkups.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Sometimes visit hospitals physically to support VIP clients on-ground.
Act as the main contact person for VIP customershandle queries, rescheduling, or issues.
Maintain proper records of all bookings and client interactions.
Work with internal teams to solve problems and improve client experience.
Ensure smooth operations and high service quality during visits.
Who they want:
Someone with 3+ years in operations, healthcare coordination, or client handling.
Good communication skills.
Must be comfortable traveling across Mumbai for hospital visits.
Should know CRM tools and scheduling systems.
Fluent in English + Hindi/Marathi.
Overall, this is a client-facing operations role that requires coordination, field visits, and ensuring VIP clients get premium service.
