Health Well-Being Advisor

Job Summary:

As a consultative expert in the Health Well-being domain, you will support HR Business Partners, leadership teams, and senior management members by providing subject matter information, knowledge, expertise, and advice. This hybrid role offers flexibility and opportunities to make a difference in a collaborative team environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Create customized trainings, workshops, and programs, and deliver them to target audiences. Provide oversight and manage operations of peer-to-peer networks, such as Mental Health First Aid and Oxygen Ambassadors. Design and implement internal and external communication plans to leverage Health and Wellbeing initiatives. Align with HW top priorities, define HW approach and strategy for US Business units, and ensure alignment with CGI values, mission, and objectives.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health-related discipline and/or health and well-being related certifications
Prior experience executing large multi-geographical projects
At least 5 years of experience with health and well-being in the workplace as a primary role
Experience consulting with leaders on health and wellbeing practices
Knowledge of the latest best practices in organizational and individual health well-being
